Forum - Palazzo delle Esposizioni
The Palazzo delle Esposizioni's and 's Educational Services - Art Workshop service organizes training courses for teachers, students, professionals and anyone with an interest in the themes addressed. We firmly believe that the language of art is a useful tool to allow us to take a fresh look at reality, thus our goal is to offer new alphabets to educate people to art. The three sessions range from art education to illustrated books, and from workshop experience to the creation of an educational project.
1st Level - A Day With the Art Workshop
30 April 2011
This session, which focuses on the quality of the venue, preparation and educational materials, uses direct observation and experience to discuss a working method based on active participation on the observer's part. During the session it will be possible to observe a workshop-visit for children being conducted by one of our staff members.

2nd Level - Art Between the Lines. Books from the Art Bookshelf
28 and 29 May 2011
A session devoted to the books on the Art Bookshelf, a library specializing in international art publishing for children. We take our cue from a book to look at, to read and to touch in order to devise new pathways to explore.

3rd Level - Identikit! The Body in Art
25 and 26 June 2011
We take our cue from Identikit, a multimedia project produced to mark Didart 2009, a European educational museum project (www.didart.net), to reflect on the theme of identity in art and to work together on devising a workshop on the body.
