basic training course on the teaching of art
The Palazzo delle Esposizioni's and 's Art Workshop service is to hold a new training course for teachers, students, professionals and anyone with an interest in the field.
The course focuses on teaching participants a working method for use in the classroom designed to breathe life into the language and practices of contemporary art through the primary elements of an artistic vocabulary underpinning a potential visual grammar.
Over the two days we will be exploring the relationship between education and aesthetics, showing participants how to set up a workshop and to choose from a broad range of materials, and considering the importance of the image in illustrated books. Participants will complete the course by designing their own workshop on the basis of a theme assigned to them.
